Cleaning — a guaranteed price
Cleaning is the one service that can be priced honestly without seeing your flat, so it is flat-rated by size and bedrooms. The figure below is final: supplies, equipment and the platform fee are already inside it.

Everything else — an estimate, then a promise
You cannot flat-rate a leaking pipe sight unseen, and we won't pretend otherwise. You see the range when you choose the service, send a photo, and your pro confirms the final figure before the booking exists.

No. Cleaning is fixed by the size of your flat. Everything else is confirmed from your photo before the booking is made. Neither is revised at your door.
Cleaning supplies and equipment are included. For plumbing and handyman work, labour is included and any replacement parts are quoted up front before work begins.
Cancel more than 24 hours before the slot and there is nothing to pay. Inside 24 hours a late-cancellation fee applies, because someone kept that time free for you.
