Cleaning questions
It depends on the size of your flat, and you see the exact figure before you book — from 15 000 ֏ for a 30 m² one-bedroom up to 36 000 ֏ for 120 m²+ with four or more bedrooms. Supplies and equipment are already inside that number, there is no separate platform fee, and it does not change on arrival.
The scope above is what happens every time. Oven interior, fridge interior, bathroom fixtures and tiles are standard here, not an upgrade you pay extra for. Carpet shampooing, laundry and balcony deep cleans sit outside it.

You don't have to be, but you're welcome to stay. Tell your cleaner which you'd prefer when you book.

Our price is worked out for a lived-in flat. Post-renovation clean-up — construction dust, paint marks, plaster — is markedly heavier work and is not covered by the standard price. Write to hello@fixyan.am and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
